How long does it take to process and deliver an order?

- Personalised Jewellery: 3/4 working days.
- Personalised Keychains & Coins: 3/4 working days.
- Personalised Hampers: 5/6 working days.
- Acrylic Stand, Photo-board, Calendar & Glee-box: 4/5 working days.
- Greeting Cards: 2/3 working days.
Processing time excludes weekend and public holidays.
Additional 2-3 days for shipping to any metro city in India, 5-7 days to any other location in India. So if you’re planning to gift this for a specific occasion, be sure to order in advance just to be safe 🙂

What is the return policy? Do you accept returns?
Sorry, since each star map is made specifically for you, we will not be able to accept return as we will not have any further use of the product. In rare cases of damage during transit, we will send you a fresh piece at no cost.

Non-Personalized Products
We offer 7-day free returns for non-personalized products like Zodiac Mugs or Zodiac Lamps.
You may request for a full refund after you have returned the product back to us in good condition, without damage and with original packaging.
Refunds will be made via the same mode of payment that was used to place the order, within 7 working days from receiving your return shipment on our warehouse located at:

Personalized Products
Due to the personalized nature of the products like Star Maps, Acrylic Frames, Fortune Cookies, etc. we cannot accept returns or provide refunds once the product is manufactured or shipped from our warehouse.
In case of defects from our side, we will provide a free exchange and address the defect for you on the same product.
